  • Which pre-seed / seed startup are you most excited about? Why? (limit 100 words)
  • Please explain 1) what are you looking to get out of the Fellows program and 2) what you'd be best at as a Fellow and why – either by writing or via video (paste the YouTube/Vimeo/Loom link here)
  • Link to the best startup event you've been to in the last few months?

Work Authorization Status

  • Are you legally authorized to work in the United States? (This includes U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and individuals with appropriate student visas such as F-1 with CPT/OPT authorization.)
  • Will you now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship (i.e. H1-B, etc.) to legally work in the US?
  • Does your university or academic program allow you to participate in paid fellowship programs during the proposed fellowship period?
  • Does the international student office need to review and approve your fellowship agreement before participation?
