Responsibilities
Recruitment
Draft and publish accurate, engaging job descriptions
Source quality candidates (LinkedIn, Angellist, Indeed, ...)
Conduct interviews and drive the interview process
Work as a business partner to hiring managers to select the ideal candidate
Talent management
Develop and implement a strong talent and competency management approach (Talent cycle, career plans, etc.) in accordance with the company strategy
Manage the learning & training process
Apply a continuous improvement methodology to NGDATA’s performance management program
Design and execute a highly effective onboarding and offboarding process
Staff administration
Prepare social and supporting documents, and submit requests to the relevant authorities: parental leave, time credit, ...
Administrate attendance and absence
Maintain all staff files
Compensation, Benefits, Payroll & Compliance
Submit payroll with a high level of accuracy with the support of external partners
Benefits administration & renewal
Fleet and dealer management
Registration and follow-up of subscriptions: Pension plan, medical insurance, mobile phone
Create and maintain policies and handbooks
Person Of Contact on administrative and pay questions
Provide assistance to staff and partners regarding administrative matters
Share changes or any updates that would occur in Belgian labour laws

Strong ethical standards;
Technical Background
A Bachelors’ degree in human resources or a related field;
5+ years of experience in a general HR role;
Good understanding of local labor laws;
Proficient in MS Office;
Knowledge of various HR functions including: payroll, compensation & benefits, onboarding, evaluation, learning & development;
Dutch speaking, with good command of written and spoken English
