About the Role:
The New Product Innovation Manager will lead the development of next-generation dietary supplements. In this pivotal role, you will shape the future of our product portfolio by driving product innovation initiatives, creating new development frameworks, and guiding products from concept to commercial launch.

You will play a central role in our innovation pipeline, collaborating across R&D, quality, marketing, and sales teams to bring science-driven, market-ready solutions to life. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact millions of lives by delivering products that redefine healthy aging.

Core Expectations:
• Pioneer New Products: Lead the full development cycle of NAD+ dietary supplements from concept to launch, identifying new market opportunities and creating innovative product pathways
• Champion Scientific Innovation: Translate cutting-edge NAD+ research into commercially viable formulations through close collaboration with R&D, regulatory, marketing, and manufacturing teams
• Define and Optimize Processes: Create and establish efficient product development frameworks that enhance collaboration, accelerate innovation, and streamline the path from scientific discovery to market launch
• Master Formulation Development: Direct and oversee the creation of high-quality supplement formulations focused on efficacy, bioavailability, stability, and consumer safety
• Optimize Manufacturing Processes: Collaborate with operations and quality teams to effectively engage CMOs, leveraging deep understanding of manufacturing capabilities to streamline formulation development, scale-up transitions, and quality assurance protocols
• Navigate Regulatory Landscapes: Ensure all new products meet or exceed FDA and international regulatory requirements
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with R&D, marketing, quality, and sales to align product development with business objectives
• Balance Competing Priorities: Skillfully manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, making strategic decisions about resource allocation and timing

Qualifications and Success Factors:
• Bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition, biochemistry, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 3-5 years’ experience developing dietary supplements or related health products
• Proven success bringing multiple supplement products from concept to market
• Strong track record of cross-functional leadership across R&D, operations, marketing, and regulatory teams
• Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance for supplements
• Background in developing premium health or nutraceutical products
• Experience managing multiple development initiatives simultaneously
• Deep knowledge of supplement formulation, ingredient science, and regulatory requirements a plus

• Solid understanding of FDA, GMP, and international regulations to ensure compliant product launches

$110,000 - $145,000 a year
