About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Manager to act as a cross-functional liaison between our company and key accounts to drive revenue and sales. This role will oversee distributor relationships, order management, and account forecasting, while also maintaining internal and external tools such as our Digital Asset Management (DAM) systemor retail sell-thru data dashboards. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in tracking business development, managing pro forma invoicing, trade spend, and new account onboarding, ensuring seamless business operations.
Core Expectations:
Order & Payment Management:
· Oversee wholesale orders through EDI, ensuring accurate processing and fulfillment.
· Track customer payments to determine optimal shipment timelines.
· Input and maintain order and payment data in NetSuite for financial reconciliation.
· Communicate pro forma invoices to customers and coordinate payment processing.
Distributor & Customer Relationship Management:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors and key accounts.
· Manage and respond to requests for digital assets (label flats, lifestyle images, product images) by coordinating with creative teams.
· Monitor B2B trade spend accruals and provide insights for financial planning.
· Ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Digital Asset & Inventory Management:
· Lead the implementation and organization of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for easy access to marketing and product assets.
· Work closely with marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure assets are distributed efficiently to stakeholders.
· Collaborate with logistics teams to improve inventory forecasting and order fulfillment strategies.
Qualifications and Success Factors:
· 3+ years of experience in account management, sales operations, business development, or order management.
· Strong proficiency in EDI systems, NetSuite, and DAM tools.
· Ability to work cross-functionally across finance, marketing, and logistics teams.
· Strong organizational skills with a customer-centric approach.
· Knowledge of trade spend management, financial reconciliation, and inventory planning.
