DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for supervising the daily functions of an Ad Intel production department.

Job Responsibilities

    • Monitor and manage delivery schedules for assigned media integral to Ad Intel deliveries.
    • Recommend personnel actions including hiring, termination, promotion and merit increases.
    • Coordinate training and re-training efforts for associates on team.
    • Coach and mentor direct reports.
    • Provide quality of data to ensure accuracy; responsible for schedule, control and management of workflow in a production environment.
    • Liaise with other production teams as needed to ensure that deliveries are met.
    • Recommend enhancements, changes to software and applications to make processes more efficient and eliminate data quality risks.
    • Recommend guideline reviews based on analysis of data inputs and research reports.
    • Communicate any production delays or delivery gaps to manager, product leadership and all other stakeholders and downstream partners.
    • Provide support for other Ad Intel deliverables across other media as needed.
