ABOUT THE ROLE
A hands-on position that plays the key role of delivering seamless administration support to the local organization & client. Including budgeting, sales documentation, and sales contract administration to achieve maximum work productivity and cost efficiency.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support sales proposals and support businesses to keep track of customer interactions and sales data.
- Stat rules and contract interpretation, and support in setting up client accounts including proposal, pipeline, system, sales orders and contracts
- Liaise with external venues for bookings and preparation of internal/external meetings;
- Schedule appointments on behalf of Senior Executive/s with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and any relevant parties.
- Achieve cost leadership by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs and analyzing any variances;
- Undertake assigned projects that will help improve processes, create work efficiencies and benefit the organization, which includes planning, coordinating, communicate, executing, and monitoring results;
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or any other related discipline;
- Min 2 to 3 years of Sales administrative and support experience.
- Experience with Salesforce
- Google Suite Applications – Gmail, Google Doc, Google Slides, etc;
- Use of Concur
- Well-organized with the ability to plan and prioritize;
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to work well with others;
- Good communication in English, both written and verbal.
