The Transfer Pricing Tax Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the company's intercompany transactions are conducted at arm's length, in compliance with tax laws and regulations. They will work with the Global Transfer Pricing Team to analyze and document these transactions to support local and global transfer pricing policies, prepare transfer pricing documentation, and assist with transfer pricing audits. The role involves working closely with tax, finance, treasury and business teams to minimize tax risks and maximize cash flow. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with India’s transfer pricing regulations are essential for this role.

Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements:

    • Chartered Accountant, CPA or equivalent degree.
    • 4-7 years experience in finance, tax or accounting .
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities :

    • Gather cost center data for the transfer pricing team.
    • Calculate and allocate costs by business unit and legal entity.
    • Upload IC charges based on various transfer pricing transactions.
    • Review intercompany transactions to ensure they comply with transfer pricing policies and are properly documented.
    • Manage FCF impact of IC charges locally and globally with Treasury.
    • Coordinate cash forecasts with local controllership and Treasury to monitor funding needs or excess cash repatriation.
    • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation to comply with local regulations and OECD guidelines. This includes the preparation of master files, local files, and country-by-country reports.
    • Support transfer pricing compliance, including preparing and filing transfer pricing reports with local tax authorities.
    • Support the company during transfer pricing audits, including preparing documentation and responding to inquiries in coordination with the Global Transfer Pricing team.
    • Assist the Global Transfer Pricing team in their development of transfer pricing policies that align with the company's overall tax and business strategies.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, legal, and operations, to ensure transfer pricing policies are implemented effectively.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with SAP, EPM, BPP.
    • Able to model complex financial scenarios.
    • Experience in comparable GCC environment.
    • Familiarity with the local tax and banking regulations related to cash management.
