Job Summary
- We seek a Pega Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our team and assist in developing and maintaining applications using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Pega development principles and a willingness to learn and grow their skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other developers and product owners to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Develop and maintain Pega applications, including user interfaces, business logic, and data integrations.
- Write efficient and clean code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Assist in testing and debugging applications to identify and resolve issues.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest Pega Platform releases and features.
- Contribute to project documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Identify and troubleshoot Pega-related issues and work towards resolution.
- Provide production support for escalated urgent issues when needed.
Qualifications
- Experience developing and implementing Pega applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience developing on the Pega Platform and its development tools (Pega Studio, Dev Studio, etc.)
- Knowledge of programming concepts and object-oriented design principles
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
- Knowledge of SQL and Foundation of Database and related technologies.
- Knowledge of Cloud service providers like AWS
