Job Description
- Remote device mapping and maintenance
- Contact/training/maintain rejected homes or Maintain TV Panel Demohealth balance
- Work closely with field engineers to coordinate panels request and service order
- Support ad-hoc projects
- Panel Data update and management
- 디바이스 원격 맵핑, 관리
- TV 패널 demo health 관리
- 데이터 수집 이상 패널 가구 교육 및 관리
- 현장 엔지니어팀과 긴밀히 협력하여 패널 요청사항 처리
- Ad-hoc 프로젝트 지원
- 패널 데이터 업데이트 및 관리
Job requirement
- Graduate university
- Good communication skills
- Preferred business English communication
- Time management and can set work priorities
- Preferred to use Excel/ Google spreadsheet
- Strong interpersonal skill to work with team members
- Preferred inbound & outbound call experiences
- 대졸 이상 (졸업 예정자 가능)
- 경력 및 전공 무관
- 해외여행에 결격 사유가 없는 자
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력과 팀워크 역량
