RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Deliver end-to-end product experience across diverse teams.
    • Turn insights into prototypes to facilitate feedback from users.
    • Craft intuitive solutions through personas, journey maps, sketches, flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes and final assets for development.
    • Contribute to our design system repository.
    • Work with developers to ship and optimize products people want to use every day.
    • Work alongside teams of stakeholders, product managers, engineers, program managers, commercial leaders and UX across the globe

Key Skills

    • B. Des or M. Des in UX Design or Interaction Design or Communication Design or Industrial Design or Product Design.
    • 2+ years of experience designing complex SaaS or enterprise software showcased in a portfolio.
    • Fluent English (in speaking and writing).
    • General understanding of technical limitations.
    • Growth mindset with a desire to continuously develop your skills.
    • Able to consume business requirements and translate them into a design solution.
    • Illustrate design ideas using personas, storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, prototypes.
    • Design scalable concepts for multiple applications.
    • Solid understanding and experience working with design systems.

Skills and mindset:

    • You’re a master of empathy both for the user and co-workers to enable you to communicate your findings effectively.
    • Attention for details, critical and analytical thinking skills and business acumen.
    • You have a deep curiosity for how users interact with a product or service and seek reasons behind their behavior, wants, and needs.
    • A collaborative mentality with a desire for continuous learning.
    • Excellent communication skills - you can effectively establish an understanding and rationale of your insights and recommendations.
    • Proficiency with design tools, such as figma or Axure.
    • Comfortable working in a large, international, corporate and cross time-zone environment with remote teams.
    • Knowledge and background working in the marketing industry.
