Nimble is looking for a motivated and experienced manager for their growing Operations team. This team is comprised of three key functions, including Enterprise implementation, cross-system integrations, and professional services. In this role, you will be managing a team of associates focused on bringing our largest accounts onboard with Nimble’s platform and building all necessary backend functionality to allow our platform to run seamlessly with their existing in-pharmacy workflow. A person that will succeed in this role is someone who has a high level of ownership, has experience managing Enterprise level accounts, and working with technical teams. 

You will:

    • Manage Nimble’s Operations Implementation team, a team focused on onboarding new pharmacy partners from signed contract through successful integrations and implementation workflows and go live
    • Coach to effective implementation techniques including: productive intakes, efficient onboarding, timely implementations, integrations set up, troubleshooting, and understanding technology functions
    • Use actionable data to drive process improvements from onboarding to implementation workflows and go live
    • Execute against a detailed strategy for driving Enterprise level implementations
    • Develop, maintain, and consistently improve a system of best practices for the team that drives account implementation and retention, improved performance, and account growth
    • Interact and communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to help drive new product rollouts / new pharmacy-related initiatives
    • Create, track, and monitor KPIs to ensure effectiveness and performance of the team

What you bring:

    • 3-5+ years of Implementation Management experience, leading and scaling implementation teams in a remote/hybrid environment
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Experience working cross-functionally and managing a team through a high volume of monthly implementations
    • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
    • Comfortable working in the gray with experience documenting standard operating procedures
    • Curiosity to dig several layers deep into metrics, have an innate desire to understand key drivers and whether they are the correct or best metrics to measure/manage a business or process
    • Organized self starter who pays close attention to details
