Serves as primary point of contact for key clients, overseeing day-to-day needs, having a deep understanding of the client’s business, and serving as a trusted advisor and partner for clients across all activities included in the scope of work.
What you'll do:
- Acts as the voice of the client within our agency, ensuring all needs, details, goals, and business objectives are communicated to the entire team.
- Builds and nurtures client relationships rooted in trust, building rapport with all client stakeholders, proactively addressing client needs and resolving challenges in a timely manner.
- Oversees the delivery team managing individual channel activity for their clients, ensuring every deliverable ladders back to client objectives, and is delivered on time and with exceptional quality of work.
- Reviews the holistic plan across channels, and makes recommendations to key client stakeholders surrounding how our initiatives across all channels are driving measurable impact to their business
- Key leader for internal team members, mentoring, coaching, and providing frequent updates and feedback regarding how we need to engage and deliver for the clients.
- Collaborates agency wide, leaning into new business, marketing, people teams, product development and others to ensure client needs are at the forefront and fully integrated into future agency initiatives.
- Cross sells additional services, leading ideation, content creation, and tapping into internal resources to help secure incremental revenue and client growth.
- Demonstrates a strategic mindset and consistently thinks about how to further improve, expand and evolve client strategies
- Continuously working to identify new opportunities for clients and leads the development of materials & presentations, leading the overarching story and presentation to the client.
- Owns client presentations and deliverables, serving as the final set of eyes before delivering to clients.
- Stays informed on industry trends, enabling more thoughtful recommendations and allowing for proactive discussions with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and thought leader.
- Leads a team of direct reports, facilitating performance reviews and providing consistent coaching and feedback, supporting overall employee growth and identifying internal mobility opportunities.
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 4+ years people management experience
- Extensive experience with brand and digital activations
- Collaborative and dynamic disposition with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to be decisive and true in conviction; driven and logical thinker
