The Key Account Manager (KAM) division manages partnerships with the major e-commerce platforms, becoming a one-stop solution for the partners on all issues from minor operational queries to reviewing and negotiating the commercial deal with the platform. We have an end-to-end view and understanding of Ninja Xpress's business and work together with multiple stakeholders both internal and external to help enhance the core business to serve our partners better.

This Lead Key Account Manager Role will manage Ninja Xpress's biggest clients, serving a project management role that includes growth initiatives and analysis, resolving tech-related issues, operational improvement projects, deep dive on performance on an overall and micro level, and manage all other requests from the partner. This is a key role, working directly with the management of both Ninja Xpress and the client, as well as the regional team.

Requirements:

    • Hold Bachelor (S1) Degree
    • Min 4 years working experience in Key Account Management or related position
    • Experience in e-commerce and/or logistics industry preferred
    • Skilled in Project Management
    • Proficient in both Bahasa and English
    • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
    • Experience with API integration process/tech is a plus
    • Strong analytical and communication skills
    • Experiencing managing a seller store is a plus
