Responsibilities

    •  Collaborating with Core-Ops PIC, Core-Ops Management and CE team in the development of new service products to establish quality standards, devise methods and procedures.
    • Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a service product.
    • Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of core-operation processes and outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards.
    • Assuring performance objectives and standards identified are met by monitoring and evaluating the Quality Program, recommending corrective actions and preventive actions when problems are detected, and following up to ensure that proper training and improved procedures have been implemented.
    • Communicating with the CE department regarding customers’ feedback related to quality issues and establishing the outgoing goods inspection process to ensure customers’ satisfaction.

Requirements

    • Working experience 2 - 3 years in Operation department
    • Bachelor's degree, Major in Business/ Economics/ Finance/...
    • Communication and negotiation skills.
    • Integrity and process-driven and customer-service mindset.
    • Have logical thinking and critical thinking skills
    • Having adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
    • Vietnamese  & English
