Responsibilities

    • Responsible for providing feedback and ensure all works related with building improvements and maintenance are in accordance with the operational standard
    • Conduct monitoring on facility’s HSE program which held by contractors to ensure the work is efficient and completed on time
    • Create handover plan with lessee and conduct re-checking prior to handover to lessee
    • Organize and record equipment needed to complete company’s projects
    • Making electrical plan or assessment regarding the facility (current/new warehouses or Offices) as preventive move for building maintenance
    • Provide appropriate activity planning, cost estimation of repairs & maintenance works and propose the development of warehouse (or office) maintenance
    • Conduct analysis on budget needs over procurement and asset ex. material warehouse developing as well
    • Collaborate with both vendor and user
    • Conduct kicks off meeting with Vendors & Procurement before starting new project (esp. for Relocation) to give explanation about working plan
    • Report from all activities bi-weekly in the G-sheet form
    • Conduct periodic visits in Greater Jakarta area and Nationwide for maintenance re- assessment of warehouses
    • Create Bill of Quantity (BOQ) standard and Facilities Material Price in 1 bookkeeping forinternal / external team’s reference
    • Responsible for reaching self & monitoring team achievement for KPI score

Requirements

    • D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
    • Min. 4 years of experience in the same field
    • Have ability and and proven track record on facility management, office building management, inventory management
    • Strong in leadership at least 1 years experience
    • Must detail oriented, excel in data and spreadsheet also excel, excellent communication
    • Willing travel across Indonesia
