Key Accountabilities:
1.Be proactively and be dedicated in creative thinking, support dept head on planning and organizing culture and employee engagement-related initiatives, including but not limited to: 
-Employee monthly get-together
-Corporate annual team building and offsite event
-Employee community
-Corporate CSR event
-Culture disseminationTownhall
2.Take lead for day-to-day general affairs administration and problem shooting for both Guangzhou and Shenzhen offices, including but not limited to:
-Admin procurement
-Office rent and property mgmt
-Office facility and network, access, furniture and greenary
-Fixed asset mgmt,
- Biz trip and visa affairs
-Office expense control
3.Support dept head on planning and implementing miscellaneous cross-team projects where neededie. office relocation and renovation;
4.Responsible for engagement and admin report on regular timeline

岗位职责:
1.全面负责公司内外部企业文化活动的创意、策划与执行,包括但不限于:员工月度聚会、年度团建、员工社团、企业社会责任活动、敬业度调研、全体会议等;
2.主导公司企业文化传播与落地,氛围打造,并分析敬业度调研结果,定期回顾汇报与优化,保持高度创意性与可执行性;
3.协助管理广州及深圳办公室行政事务,确保公司日常运营顺畅,包括但不限于:行政采购与物资管理、办公室租赁管理、设施、环境与固定资产管理、商务旅行和签证事务、办公室费用控制等;
4.支持公司和部门其他项目的沟通与实施。

Key Requirements :
1.No harsh on working experience required, but should be extraverted and creative, able to be self engaged in diverse environments.
2.Bachelor degree on human resources mgmt/business management/marketing related majors
3.
-Self motivate and independent, 
-Creative and outgoing, dare to open mind and open mouth.
-Good interaction skills and ability to communicate effectivel, able to engage and affect people.
-Flexible and able to work under high pressure
4.Mandarin and English

1.本科及以上学历,人力资源管理或相关商科与理科专业背景;
2.具备较强的新思维和策划能力,对活动设计与执行保佑充分热情;
3.善于主动沟通,有优秀的组织与协调能力,有团队合作精神;
4.具备一定数据分析与汇报能力,能够独立呈现有数据支持的报告;
5.具备一定的抗压能力和独立解决问题的能力;
6.具备良好的英语表达能力,通过CET4级或以上水平,能够运用英语作为工作语言者优先;
7.接受优秀的应届毕业生或实习生应聘,岗位可转正。
