Responsibilities
- Design and develop relevant training materials (documents, training slide deck, tutorials, handbooks, competency test, assessment form, survey...) based on project/ program requirements and business needs.
- Maintain a training library. Update, validate and standardize all training documents along with SOPs
- Design and deliver E-learning modules on NJV’s internal platform.
- Plan to organize training programs monthly/quarterly based on an actual operation performance (issues arising, updating new standards/ workflow…)
- Organize and facilitate various training programs/ courses with related stakeholders
- Improve instructional design and delivery method to increase their engagement and commitment to learning programs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Generate training reports, track effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years experience in training content development, instructional design, or training specialist.
- Experience of mass training/ blue-collar training is an advantage
- Training Materials making.
- Instructional design and methodology
- Plan making
- Public speaking
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (especially powerpoint), design software
- Strong writing and summary ability for training manuals
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and digital learning trends.
