Key Areas/Nhiệm vụ chính
- Building databases, monitoring tables, analyzing operational indicators according to the requirements of the department.
- Xây dựng các cơ sở dữ liệu, bảng biểu theo dõi, phân tích chỉ số vận hành theo yêu cầu của phòng ban;
- Develop and analyze operational and project reports at the request of management levels;
- Xây dựng, phân tích các báo cáo vận hành, dự án theo yêu cầu của các cấp quản lý
- Tracking the company's overall goals, allocating them into appropriate target packages for each level of operational management.
- Theo dõi các mục tiêu chung của công ty, phân bổ thành các gói chỉ tiêu phù hợp cho từng cấp quản lý vận hành.
- Optimizing and automating the processes of various departments.
- Tối ưu hóa và tự động hóa các quy trình của các phòng ban khác nhau.
- Provide and monitor solution packages for operations to ensure that the set operating targets are met;
- Cung cấp, theo dõi các gói giải pháp cho vận hành để đảm bảo đạt chỉ tiêu vận hành đã đề ra;
- Cooperate with departments, coordinate in building and improving operational processes to improve service quality;
- Hợp tác với các phòng ban, phối hợp xây dựng cải tiến quy trình vận hành để nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ;
- Consulting, providing risk analysis, operational opportunities for all levels of management.
- Tham vấn, cung cấp các phân tích rủi ro, cơ hội vận hành cho các cấp quản lý.
- Monitoring, statistics, analysis of cost structures;
- Theo dõi, thống kê, phân tích các cơ cấu chi phí;
- Cost management, assessment and warning of risks affecting cost structure, room budget.
- Quản lý chi phí, đánh giá và cảnh báo các rủi ro ảnh hưởng đến cơ cấu chi phí, ngân sách phòng.
Key Requirements/Yêu cầu
- At least 06 months of experience in managing, building, analyzing operational data or directly managing operations;
- Có tối thiểu 06 tháng kinh nghiệm về quản lý, xây dựng, phân tích số liệu vận hành hoặc trực tiếp quản lý vận hành;
- Requires basic skills in coding, using software, data solutions (Power BI ...)
- Kỹ năng cơ bản về coding, sử dụng các phần mềm, giải pháp dữ liệu (Power BI…);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Drive tools;
- Có kiến thức về Microsoft Office, các công cụ Google Suit, đặc biệt là Google Sheet
- DriveSelf-study sense, careful work and good presentation ability.
- Tinh thần tự học, làm việc cẩn thận và khả năng trình bày tốt.
