About the unit:
Finance Unit monitors the Company's financial health in order to increase profitability in the long run. The Unit supports the operations of the biusiness through managing all financial processes and decisions such as Accounting Operations, Compliance, Treasury, Credit, Tax and Reporting.
About the Job:
The Finance Audit & Compliance Associate monitors and performs financial and compliance audits for the Cash On Delivery and Petty Cash Fund of the hub, business permit renewals of hubs and warehouses and other tasks to be assigned.
Main Duties
- Reconcile cash on delivery collections of the hub.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash-on-Delivery teams for the disbursement processes, receipt vouching receipts, and attachment checklist.
- Send email to the accountable person for all financial discrepancies found.
- Perform immediate audit validation on the actual loss incurred due to untoward incidents (robbery, holdup, pilferage, salisi, fortuitous event, etc.).
- Processing of Hub business Permit (new application, amendment and termination)
