Responsibilities:
- Manage category assigned to fit business requirement (revenue, margin, stockdays)
- Develop category assortment and pricing strategy to serve customers by region
- Apply market insight to source best fit suppliers, with lowest cost by region
- Strong participation in the monthly forecast and business review
- Develop plans for new sku listing and go-to-market launching
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience
- Preferred experience in: FMCG, General Trade, Retail, Modern Trade, Sales
- The candidate will be based in Ho Chi Minh but should be comfortable traveling to the Mekong Delta from time
- English language preferred but not compulsory
- Travel adaption – the candidate will travel for market visit oftenly
- Comfortable with uncertainty - the role will evolve according to business needs
