As a Commercial Analyst you have to facing these major challenges;
- Managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Candidate needs to be able to work under pressure and have a high level of resourcefulness and adaptability
- Assessing business operational and strategic performance under tight deadlines. This can be solved by monitoring performance regularly throughout the mont
- Executing new strategic initiatives. There will be issues which need to be addressed and this can be solved by working together with the different stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare presentations and reports to update senior management on business performance to guide decision making on key issues
    • Lead analysis on business performance
    • Formulate and test hypotheses related to commercial performance
    • Deliver actionable insights to management
    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research and competitive landscape analysis on key industry trends
    • Assist in the execution of new commercial initiatives through thorough research on the subject matter, planning and implementation

Requirements

    • 1-3 years of experience in business development and/or similar roles
    • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University
    • Having proven experiences in using Sales Force is a must
    • English literacy a strong plus point
    • Organizational and leadership skills
    • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
    • Comfortable working with large data sets
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
    • High level of resourcefulness and adaptability
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
