Housed within the Logistics+ division, Ninja Direct leverages Ninja Van’s pan-regional logistics network to provide small and medium businesses with comprehensive upstream services with the goal of supporting their business. The procurement solution removes the stress from coordinating with suppliers, payment providers, and cross-border service providers.

The Senior/Business Development Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end business development cycle including prospecting, outreach, solutioning, negotiating and closing of the deal.

Responsibilities

    • Generate business opportunities through professional prospecting and networking
    • Create demand by mapping client needs to our services and communicating value
    • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities
    • Drive the entire sales cycle from outreach, solutioning, negotiating and closing
    • Ensure business sustainability through strategic pricing and maintaining strong margins on services provided

Requirements

    • Mininum Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any discipline
    • At least 2 - 4 years of experience in a sales or business development role
    • Fast learner and passion for sales
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Strong knowledge of sales pipeline management and B2B sales are highly preferred
    • Prior experience in international logistics and freight forwarding highly preferred
