Job Description

    • Responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, reporting incidents of suspicious behavior and contacting the operation department when necessary.
    • Needs to be exceedingly observant with a high level of concentration, and be able to divide their attention in order to monitor multiple occurrences taking place at a single setting.
    • Must be diligent, maintain integrity and accuracy, and ensure the confidentiality of all information gained by compliance in line with standards and legislation.
    • To effectively and sequently monitor and control all cameras and to take action as appropriate to events seen.
    • All CCTV Operators are reminded that every aspect of the system, procedures, recordings and proceedings are confidential and should not be discussed outside the Control Room or to visitors unless they are specifically authorized to be a party to the information.
    • An excellent multitasker - our control room is the epicenter of our business so you have to be comfortable with a range of demands and responsibilities.
    • Fast responder to all kind of emergency.
    • Security & Fire Control Room duty.
    • Any other duty instruct by superior.
    • Monitors the security via CCTV.
    • To monitor all staff behavior and performance via CCTV.
    • To conduct audits on a daily basis of CCTV availability.

Requirements

    • Possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
    • Required at least 3 years of experience in relevant field.
    • Must have basic computer skills.
    • Preferably someone with working experience in the Control Room and and knowledge about CCTV.
    • Willing to work on shift basis.
    • Prefer candidates that possess own transport and willing to travel if required.
RM1,500 - RM2,800 a month
