The Brand Marketing Specialist shall develop, establish marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness. He/she will define the way that shippers and customers understand Ninja Van and its services.

Responsibilities

    • Create and execute all brand marketing strategies and activities that will increase brand awareness
    • Deliver brand campaigns that are aligned with the marketing calendar for all marketing strategies
    • Create, update and enforce brand guidelines so all creative work is cohesive and aligned
    • Create content of projects, strategy and alignment of projects, product positioning, concentration and knowledge of target audiences, messaging and branding
    • Create decks and other visual materials that illustrate various campaigns
    • Evaluate the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
    • Evaluate current trends in marketing to incorporate into your work
    • Perform and review analysis on the health of our brands, including the success of our brand marketing campaigns
    • Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, sales and other units across all regions
    • Utilize marketing resources including external advertising agencies or marketing firms, if needed
    • Other tasks, as may be assigned by the Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, or Regional Marketing team

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields from a reputable university
    • At least 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing or relevant field - brand marketing, digital marketing or campaign marketing; experience working in an ad agency is an advantage
    • Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
    • With proven experience in customer and market research
    • Excellent attention to detail, project management skills and creative thinker
    • A data driven approach to marketing, with experience analyzing and reviewing results
    • With relevant product and industry knowledge
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
