We are looking for a highly resourceful and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who is seeking a challenging role in a vibrant organization and the person who are ready to share the Ninja Van story with candidates across all seniorities and business functions.

What you will do

    • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies in Thailand. Develop strategic sourcing solutions that will allow us to build a strong candidate pipeline.
    • Grow Ninja Van’s campus recruitment capability in partnering with feeder universities and top graduates from top universities
    • Manage client relationships with internal stakeholders in fulfilling and anticipating hiring requirements
    • Manage the internal recruitment process and optimize recruitment workflow in ensuring quick hiring turnaround
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determine selection criteria, plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
    • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
    • Lead employer branding initiatives
    • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
    • Perform full-life cycle of the recruitment process

What will you need

    • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
    • Proven track record of developing a talent acquisition framework and strategy
    • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organization
