Job Descriptions

    • Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports; compile, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify sales trends, productivity patterns, and growth opportunities.
    • Sales Insights: Deliver data-driven recommendations to sales and management teams; support the Month Business Review (MBR) process by preparing review decks, updating country comments, and tracking action plans.
    • Forecasting & Planning: Develop accurate sales forecasts; support budgeting and planning exercises; design and implement incentive schemes aligned with regional guidelines.
    • Customer & Account Management: Lead customer allocation exercises (rank-up & rank-down) to ensure correct channel assignment.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, management, and other departments to implement strategies and monitor progress.
    • Communication & Reporting: Present complex data and insights effectively through clear, compelling reports and presentations for various stakeholders.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree from any field.
    • 3–5 years of proven experience in a Commercial or Sales Support role.
    • Strong track record in project management.
    • Solid understanding of sales processes; prior selling experience is an advantage.
    • Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) and Business Intelligence tools.
    • Experience in leading or managing a team.
    • Background in logistics industry is a plus.
