Healthy and Safety are hygiene items that have become ever more critical at the scale of operations that Ninja is operating at. The selected candidate for the role will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational safety programs across their respective country. He/She will be the vocal contact for all HSE matters that arise in their respective country, taking guidance from the regional Level for any new rollout/implementation to be driven across the country. This will ensure a level of consistency of the HSE standard across the SEA level.
Responsibilities:
- Support Regional Road Map for ID Country HSE.
- Standardized all facilities (primary hub) according to HSE Regulation.
- Implement training safety (primary hub) in all facilities.
- Zero accident in a warehouse.
- Reduce 50% in a transportation incident.
Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor (S1) Degree.
- Having min 8-10 years experience and preferable from Industry Logistic.
- Able to manage with coverage national wide.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Good working knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems, Environmental Discharges, Incident Investigation, HSE Auditing Techniques, Warehouse Safety Management, and Road Safety Transport Management.
- Certified/Familiar : (ISO 9001:2008/ISO 14001:2015/OHSAS 18001:2007:OSH Management), and AK3 Umum.
- Able to work in a small team.
- Willing to do travel frequently (National & International).
- Must have an active passport.
- Familiar to works with projects.
