We are looking for a capable individual to assist the regional sales leadership team with divisional coordination amongst regional channel heads, country commercial teams across sales deliverables & monitor/ report on various business measures to support business objectives. The incumbent should be able to help the regional BD team with sales tool management, customer development plans and client program support where needed. This role contributes to the Diversification strategy of NV (non platform volume).


    • Support coordination amongst the regional sales leads within Field Sales to drive performance management and KPI delivery.
    • Structure and manage the sales admin role to ensure KPI deliverables at a regional level inline with country objectives.
    • Meet / Interact with regional & country teams to discuss sales deliverables & facilitate sharing of regional targets to ensure alignment.
    • Work closely with sales planning and Sales force teams to regionally manage sales/ customer pipeline visibility and reporting requirements for the regional Field Sales function.
    • Provide and consolidate Insights around focus sectors, key clients to help drive customer development strategies.
    • To support client RFP’s and customer engagement /program support where and when needed.


    • Minimally 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales planning, tender or project management roles.
    • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in information science, management or business field.
    • Ability to exhibit project management mindset, key stakeholder management & customer communication.
    • Above average competence in handling excel, google sheets, presentations, making flowcharts.
