Reporting to the local Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the Digital Marketing Channels by setting up and steering the performance marketing for platforms such as Facebook and Google. As part of your responsibilities, you will be in charge of planning, developing and implementing digital ads strategies to promote the company’s brand and products/services in accordance with brand positioning to maintain online brand presence, drive new customer acquisitions, attract potential leads and generate results such as conversions. Working closely with counterparts (from other countries in SEA as well as the Regional team, based in Singapore), you will become the only point of contact for every local performance marketing matters. You are expected to have extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, relevant performance marketing skills and strong analytical and research skills. 

Responsilities

    • Optimize all digital marketing channels and ads materials across digital placements such as Search, Display, Mobile, and Social to maintain online brand presence, drive new user acquisition, retention, lead gen etc. based on trend and insights.
    • Design strategies to achieve campaign objective, track campaign results and make improvements in consequence by improving the design / content and user experience
    • Set up campaigns and user segments strategies based on customer lifecycle.
    • Create and run A/B tests to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations for campaigns at every step of the process.
    • Leading innovative pitches of new ideas and suggestions to try based on results recommendation.
    • Report on key metrics for every campaign with the ability to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and justify campaign decisions to stakeholders to ensure KPI & campaign objectives are met.
    • Stay current on Digital Marketing Channel best practices and share learnings with stakeholders to continually improve success.

Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience and above managing digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads (SEM, Shopping, Display, Video & App Campaigns) and Facebook (Catalog, Conversion & App Campaigns)
    • Proficient in both written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia is appreciated.
    • Both strong data and creative mind in managing channels.
    • Experienced in technical setup on Pixel/GTM tracking.
    • A self-starter, possessing a positive learning attitude, hardworking and team spirit.
    • Results-driven, with an attitude to constantly exceed targets and eagerness to consistently exceed objectives and improve processes.
    • High attention to detail with excellent follow-through and a strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned projects and tasks.
    • Experience in Google analytics, distilling data into actionable insights and recommend tactics for optimization.
    • Google & Facebook Certifications will be an added advantage.
