Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and automate dashboards, analyses, and reports to support business functions.

    • Create pipelines and queries in the data warehouse. Maintain the integrity of the data as the "single source of truth".

    • KPIs: Stakeholder peer review takes a big portion of it. Stakeholders will review: - Speed data and data accuracy.
    • Stakeholder satisfaction of whole experience with BI (e.g., whether Data Analysts pointed them to the right direction / gave suitable recommendations to help stakeholders make right decisions)"
    • Decision making: - For new situations (e.g., new data requirements that do not exist in current platforms), need to escalate to Head of BI to make the decision. For repeated situations (e.g., data already deemed to not exist / previous reports that were already done before), Data Analysts can make the decisions themselves”.
