Job Description

The main goal of the Resource Management Support (RMS) team is to build standardized processes and frameworks so that the Fleet and Shipper Operations teams can build and manage their fleets efficiently, to in turn achieve the necessary capacity to support operations.

Main Duties
The Resource Management Support Specialist may be assigned tasks related to any of the following functions

A. Acquisition and Onboarding of External Service Contractors (ESC) Vendor Partners
Actively source for ESCs through various channels
Conduct initial screening of sourced ESCs and endorse candidates to the Manager for deliberation

B. Vendor Management and Manpower Requisition
Maintain relationships with the agency vendors to ensure strong performance and adherence to NV policies.
Monitor ESC KPIs such as deployment rate, success rate, and productivity and recommend next steps with operations.

C. Fleet Mix - Diversification and Flexibility of Fleet Resources
Achieve the defined fleet mix for the assigned area
Avoiding heavy reliance on vendors for any assigned area

D. Retention
Develop and implement programs that would aim to improve the retention of in-house and contracted delivery partners

E. SOP Development and Process Improvement
Develop policies, procedures, and frameworks so that the Fleet and Shipper Operations teams can build and manage their fleets efficiently
Assist in process reviews and documentation


Minimal Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree (Any Course)
At least 2 years worth of related work experience, such as in vendor management and procurement or in fleet operations
Above average understanding of last mile logistic operations
Proven supervisory or team management experience
Above average proficiency in MS Excel; Data processing and analysis
Can build rapport with riders, station heads, and mid level Managers
Able to work independently and can work under pressure to meet deadlines
