As one of Ninja Van’s New Business Units, the Retail team is a ‘startup within a startup’, responsible for building and maintaining the company’s network of brick-and-mortar sales and service touch points across Thailand. This role is responsible for designing and implementing appropriate commercial models for our logistics business’ interaction with the physical profiles (subject to market specificities) and empowering the retail partners/agents to succeed with strong support from HQ

What you will do

    • Develop internal plan for Retail expansion across the region undercare
    • Working closely with other departments to derive at a conclusion
    • Enable the efficient acquisition and retention of Franchise Partners across the region undercare
    • Performance management framework for own Sales Team and conduct Training and Development courses where necessary to drive team’s performance to achieve target
    • Acquire and retain the right Retail Profiles and empower our Retail Partners within the Region undercare to succeed with strong support from HQ
    • Analysis and optimisation of commercial terms with our Franchise Partners and Partners
    • Work together with team to ensure terms are up to date with market landscape

What you will need

    • At least 5 years of relevant working experiences in Retail management, eCommerce or business development
    • Bachelor’s degree in any field, from a recognised top-tier university
    • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to consume, process and transform large amounts of information into actionable insights and strategy
    • Exposure to working across geographies, teams and individuals of different cultures
    • Highly adaptable, self driven and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
    • Strong knowledge of G Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
    • Highly adaptable, self driven and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
    • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, both English and Thai; including power point presentations
