The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle-free experience.
We aim to assist merchants with live selling by offering a new reseller network solution. We provide a platform for merchants to connect with vendors and resellers, and coordinate selling projects for them. This will enable merchants to reach a wider audience, increase sales, and grow their businesses.
This role will oversee the end to end coordination of the selling project, ensuring that all parties involved are satisfied with the outcome.

Responsibilities 职责
- End to end coordination of live selling project, including planning, execution and follow-up
- Manage project timeline, reseller namelist and commission list, and ensure that all live events are completed on time
- Brief vendors and resellers to ensure that the project is delivered on time
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of the project
- Deliver the products samples to resellers
- Partner/Vendor performance review & data report
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
- 全流程协调直播带货项目，包括时间计划、达人排期，执行和跟进
- 管理项目时间表、转售商名单和佣金清单，并确保所有直播活动按时完成
- 向供应商和达人进行商品brief，以确保直播时常
- 向利益相关方定期更新项目进展情况
- 向MCN 和达人安排产品样品寄送
- 合作伙伴/供应商绩效评估和数据报告
- 解决项目期间出现的任何问题或冲突
Requirements 要求
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- Previous experience with live streaming operations or in a multi-channel network (MCN) is highly preferred
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry (1-2 years)
- Previous experience with project management tools & proficiency in using software tools such as Excel, to manage data and analyze results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia & Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin speaking internal & external stakeholders
- Business Management、项目管理，Media 或相关领域的本科学历
- 有直播运营或（MCN）经验者优先考虑
- 具有项目管理经验，最好是在类似行业中（1-2年）
