Responsibilities

    • Enhance the Learning Management System (LMS) to improve the user experience
    • Participate in design and develop new training modules.
    • Support the creation of training materials and resources.
    • Maintain and update training records and employee data.
    • Prepare training reports and collect data from feedback forms.
    • Assist in preparing training sessions as needed.

Requirements

    • Fresh Graduate or Final Year Student in Educational Technology, Psychology, or Management
    • Genuine interest in Learning & Development/Training.
    • Familiar or have been creating training modules and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • Ability to create videos, posters, or other educational media is a plus.
    • Willing to Working from Office in a 3-months internship period
