Responsibilities
- Enhance the Learning Management System (LMS) to improve the user experience
- Participate in design and develop new training modules.
- Support the creation of training materials and resources.
- Maintain and update training records and employee data.
- Prepare training reports and collect data from feedback forms.
- Assist in preparing training sessions as needed.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate or Final Year Student in Educational Technology, Psychology, or Management
- Genuine interest in Learning & Development/Training.
- Familiar or have been creating training modules and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to create videos, posters, or other educational media is a plus.
- Willing to Working from Office in a 3-months internship period
