Responsibilities

    • As a Program management executive (for Key Account Management Department), your duties & responsibilities are:
    • Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
    • Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programs and corporate, technical and specialist standards
    • Managing the program's budget on behalf of the SRO, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the program progresses
    • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
    • Ensuring the delivery of new service from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements
    • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
    • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
    • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
    • Managing and analyzing program risks
    • Working on strategy with the sales team

Competencies Required

    • Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs
    • Sound business case development and approvals skills
    • Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
    • The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems

Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field
    • Proficient computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledgeable in program management methodology and techniques; performance evaluation and change management principles
    • Experience with compiling and following strict budgets
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Has trade marketing in e-commerce or knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project) experience is a plus
