Với vị trí "Chăm sóc khách hàng", các công việc chính của bạn:

    • Tiếp nhận và xử lý các yêu cầu và khiếu nại từ khách hàng.
    • Tìm hiểu nguyên nhân, sự cố, hướng khắc phục, giải pháp cho khách hàng.
    • Hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ tạo đơn hàng cho khách hàng.
    • Đảm bảo các chỉ số về đánh giá kết quả công việc.
    • Tương tác nội bộ hiệu quả; hỗ trợ công việc theo phân công.

Yêu cầu:

    • Kĩ năng giao tiếp qua điện thoại, thư điện tử
    • Kĩ năng tổng hợp thông tin, làm việc đội nhóm, đàm phán, thuyết phục.
    • Có kiến thức về dịch vụ khách hàng và chăm sóc khách hàng.
    • Sử dụng hiệu quả Microsoft Word và Excel
    • Tiếng anh giao tiếp
*Thời gian làm việc: Xoay ca
- Ca 1: 8:00 - 17:00
- Ca 2: 9:00 - 18:00
- Ca 2: 13:00 - 21:00

*Nơi làm việc: 190 Huỳnh Văn Bánh, Quận Phú Nhuận, TP.HCM

*Mức lương: 7.000.000 VND - 9.000.000 VND
