Provide Business Performance Reporting
Provide Effective Consultancy and Advisory Support to Sales Head to Analyse, Plan, and Implement Necessary Sales Plan and Resources to Achieve Volume Requirements
Cross-Functional Topics as well as Sales Calendar

Sales Planning
Provide Support for Sales Budgeting and Planning Exercise
Design and Implement Incentive Scheme In Line with Regional Guidelines
Play Pivotal Role in Monthly Business Review (MBR) Process, which includes the Review of Deck, Country Comments, and Action Items
Implementation, Monitoring, and Review of Sales Processes, Coaching, and Performance Improvement Framework Review Post
Implementation Performance in Countries to Ensure Sales Management Process, Sales Coaching, Sales Performance, and Tools/Automation Usage are Further Developed and Directly Stimulating Growth of Business

Sales Development
Integrate and Monitor Regional Sales Process, Sales Stimulation Initiative, Best in Class Sales Skills, and Salesforce.comUsage
Lead Country Sales Audits/Reviews to Ensure Compliance with Regional Sales Priorities and Process
Ensure Data Quality which includes Correct Set Up as well as Awareness by Salesperson to Capture Information in the Correct Manner in Sales Tools (eg: Salesforce.com)
Provide Information to Sales and Sales Team to Continuously Monitor Input and Output Measures for Desired Results
Lead and Provide Support in Customer Allocation Exercise (Rank Up & Rank Down) to Ensure Customers are in the Right Channel
Support Sales Team on Day-ToDay Salesforce.com Admin Activities such as Customer Owner Transfer, Bulk Upload of Leads, New User ID Creation Ticket, and User Deactivation List

People / Sales Training
Initiate and Develop Working Partnerships with Regional and Local Sales Training Team to develop FS Channel's Training Requirements
Ensure Timely and Effective Training, as well as Working with Local Sales Trainer on Post-Training Activities (Survey, Assessment, etc)
Manage Direct Reports in Completing Sales Operation, Project Plans, and Delivering Reports in Timely Fashion (Local Sales Operation Person)

P&L Management
Make a channel-specific price list.
Forecast the sales channel's P&L for the month.
Develop methods to assist the channel in meeting its volume and benefit goals.

Requirement

    • A proven experience in territorial sales management or sales planning (preferably 5 years) and prior working experience with a dealer
    • At least Bachelor’s Degree
    • Excellent numeracy skills, communications, and self-presentation skills.
    • Able to lead a team internally and maintain good communications with internal departments; self-motivated and achievement-oriented
    • Proficiency in spoken and written English
