Why we need you

Senior Associate, IT Support is responsible for administrative duties within the IT procurement and inventory management function. Maintains records and databases containing information regarding S/N, Licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software. Minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Tracks quality throughout the product lifetime.

What you will do

    • Setup, installing, configuring laptops and computer hardware maintenance, access controls and login credentials
    • Handling the system and network infrastructure troubleshooting
    • Handling and monitoring IT helpdesk ticketing system
    • Maintaining the inventory of IT-related assets
    • Check out IT assets to users

What you will need

    • 3- 5  years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Support, System engineering
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
    • Knowledge of Networking, including LAN & WAN and Remote Access
    • Customer Commitment , Problem Solving
    • Good problem-solving, Organizational and Service-minded skill
    • Good proficiency in English
