Key Task:

Sales and Retail Specialist has the overall responsibility for a number of franchisees in an allocated area/coverage.
He will be the main POC of franchisees for all concerns and will work closely with the Franchise
Head and the respective support units.

Duties will include:

- Manage Franchise Points based on geographical coverage (city/barangay level)
- Main POC to handle end-to-end Franchisee lifecycle: onboarding, grooming and retention.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Franchise Points
- Handle all Franchisee concerns/escalations and coordinate with respective support functions to provide timely
support and solution
- Monitor performance of each Franchise Point WoW and MoM
- Report directly to the Franchise Head

Qualifications:

- BS/BA Degree or equivalent practice
- minimum 2-3 years experience in Sales /HR Recruitment in a Logistics Industry
- Willing to do field work

Preferred Qualifications:

-Hands-on field acquisition and account management experience with a proven track record in reaching and
exceeding goals
- Ability to engage at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
-Effective verbal communication, analytical and problem solving skills
