What you will do

- Recruitment of office-based employeesImplement various outreach plans for different target talent pools
- Analyse effectiveness of various sourcing approaches and tools
- Attend recruitment events to solicit interest from external talent poolsLead campus outreach programs and recruitment drives
- Support developing of hiring collaterals e.g. job postings, campus outreach marketing materials based on organisation's Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Manage external stakeholders and vendors involved in the sourcing and attraction of talent
- Build and maintain database of potential candidates
- Enhance the candidate experience in hiring process
- Generate recruitment and attrition statistics and other reports as required
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in selection, assessment and hiring, in accordance to fair employment regulations and practicesOversee manpower requisition tracker and report consolidation
- Propose assessment tools to be used for selection
- Shortlist candidates for hiring managers based on assessment results Prepare salary offers, appointment letters and coordinate signing of offers
- Facilitate relevant work applicationsFacilitate HR induction and new hire onboarding program
- Analyse data and feedback on the quality of onboarding experienceOversee and facilitate probationary and confirmation processCoordinate, prepare and conduct off-boarding (conduct exit interview, , issuance of acceptance of resignation letter)
- Prepare confirmation letters of employees / transfer lettersHRMS Data Maintenance
- Ensure accurate and prompt update of recruitment and attrition recordsUnderstand and comply with all internal control procedures

What you will need

    • 5 years+ related work experience in end-to-end recruitment
    • Degree in Business Management or its equivalent with specialization in HRM
    • Conversant with Employment Act and fair employment guidelines
    • Effective communication, interpersonal skills and personableOrganized, quick thinking and efficient
    • Meticulous with effective follow-up skills
    • IT Savvy and literate in MS Office / Google suite office applications
    • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team-based environment
    • Working knowledge of applicant tracking system (ATS) is an advantage
