Responsibilities
- Develop regional budgets for procurement and equipment management
- Control and maintain regional costs according to the company's cost tar
- Collaborate with Engagement team, responsible for organizing, taking the lead in stirring up the movement, participating in regional cohesion activities
- Coordinate with Internal Com, organize communication sessions/programs for all employees in the region
- Develop strategies & plans to ensure the operation & cost of the region, plans to ensure the company's projects are applied quickly, accurately & with the highest efficiency
- Being the extension arm of the Manager to the region, the person responsible for & the main representative of the region when updating, evaluating activities & handling outstanding issues, the focal point for implementing new projects from the Manager & the company. ty
- Managing and operating within the areas of assigned management areas.
- Guide and train employees periodically & according to the plan assigned by the Manager
- Coordinate with HRBP & recruit missing positions in the area under their management through channels
- Consulting on the operation of stakeholders (competitors - 3PLs) to ensure quick information on the situation of the industry, helping the company/department to grasp opportunities, changes & points new to be able to apply well in the company's operations
- Monitor and ensure that regulations and operating procedures are properly implemented.
- Plan to fine-tune the operating process to match the actual situation
- Solve problems & identify opportunities to improve operations
- Establish operational procedures & reports to ensure efficient station operation
- Other tasks assigned by direct line manager
Requirements
- Experience in e-logistics is an advantage
- Used to be a team manager (from 10 people or more)
- Born in 1993 or later
- Using: MS Office, Spreadsheet,...
- Education: University majoring in Economics, Banking, Transport, Postal, ....
- Able to work under pressure & High proactive spirit
- Able to adapt to rapidly changing environments, tight deadlines and limited resources
- Expertise & Good Professional
- Can make the final decision accurately and quickly
- Ability to recruit, develop and retain talent
- Willing to learn and improve skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Solve problems and handle stressful and complex situations
- Leadership & team leadership skills.
