Key Accountabilities,

- Proactively develop new shippers from target groups including but not limited to Ecomm, Brand, Platform, Freight forwarder by accurately translating the company's product and service, and through diversified biz initiatives.
- Implement shipper development and sales admin assignments where requested. 
- Maintain existing shipper relationships and ensure shippers continuously ship with Ninja Van by ensuring good customer experience and optimized solutions.
- Work with Customer Experience team to onboard new shippers and monitor the shipping frequency and volume as per revenue targets.
Identify potential opportunities and extend new products/ services for existing shippers to strengthen the long-term shipper relationship. 
-To implement or support the regional sales project where requested. 

Key Requirements .
-Min 1 year working as a logs sales person experienced in cross-border  e-commerce logistics BD and KA relevant areas. Proven to be outgoing and work ambitiously to reach out the business target.
-College or higher education in logistics, international trade, E-commerce, marketing or relevant fields
- Good interaction skills and ability to communicate with internal and external counterparts
-Basic knowledges of Microsoft Office suite
