The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle-free experience.

The Business Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the achievement of the set targets. This position involves managing various aspects of operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies. The Operations Manager will collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and enhance overall business performance. This role also includes the responsibility of establishing teams and managing KPIs in new markets.

Responsibilities

    • Review current sales process and suggest improvements to enhance sales / marketing performance to meet targets
    • Provide sales team with structured content to enable them to effectively engage customers
    • Tracking of Marketing daily KPIs including: No of Leads Generated, SQL %, CPL etc
    • Tracking of Sales daily KPI including: CVR of the whole team, CVR of staffs etc
    • Collecting data from Sales and Marketing teams to create daily/ weekly/ monthly report
    • Facilitate communication between the Sales and Marketing teams to streamline processes and improve cross team coordination
    • Support in building and training teams in Southeast Asian markets
    • Manage communication between Nobi VN team and Nobi SEA team / vendors in SEA markets and support in translation between English and Vietnamese where needed

Requirements

    • Minimally 2 years of proven experience in sales operations/ operations or a related role
    • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
