As the Head of Growth and Strategy, you’ll take the wheel in driving corporate strategy as well as leading the implementation of key growth initiatives for Ninja Xpress. You’ll oversee a diverse and talented group of strategy specialists stationed in Jakarta. With full accountability over five-team: Insight and Research, Strategy and Planning, Data Analytics, Product Representative Management, Performance, and Cost Analysis, you’ll formulate and steer experimentations that will unlock growth opportunities, synthesize actionable insights, and roll out strategic initiatives to ensure the team achieves the stipulated key business goals in a timely manner. With your thorough and well-developed strategic recommendations and plans, you’ll help guide the decision-making process that will drive the trajectory of the company’s business diversification and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee five strategic teams: five-team: Insight and Research, Strategy and Planning, Data Analytics, Product Representative Management, Performance, and Cost Analysis, ensuring projects are completed on time and with a high degree of quality.
- Work on strategic projects that will aim to create sustainable growth for the company and align with multiple stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and HR).
- Drive and execute projects - from developing the OKR metrics and BI dashboards, conducting root cause analysis of high-priority issues to implementing proposed solutions.
- Use a qualitative and quantitative data-driven model to a budget, measure, analyze, and synthesize actionable insights and disseminate knowledge broadly across cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hold Bachelor Degree from Reputable University
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in top management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or the tech field
- Proven success in working within dynamic and complex environments, with the ability to rally teams and influence stakeholders from all levels
- Deep analytical and critical thinking skills with sharp attention to detail in order to think strategically about complex issues, evaluate alternatives and make compelling recommendations based on business case analysis
- Ability to tell data-driven stories in a clear and concise narrative
- Ability to lead complex and strategic initiatives and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong presentation skills to interacting with people from all levels, including senior leadership
