Responsibilities

    • Lead Funnel (40%)
    • Track and report on key indicators of performance of the lead funnel
    • Own the measurements and improvements of the lead funnel.
    • Identify inefficiencies of geographic distribution of leads and unfavorable lead profiles 
    • Initiator of improvements and BD efforts to meet shortfalls caused by funnel performance
    • Partnership Development (40%)
    • Establish strategic partnership for mutual benefits
    • Identify & map shipper profiles to various categories, developing acquisition approach & downstream process for different shipper types
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, technologies and potential areas for growth in the ecommerce enabler platform industry.
    • Key Performance Indicator (20%)
    • Achieve financial targets including revenue, profitability
    • KPIs include count of new shippers, new shipper volume, opportunity size 
    • Mapping of shipper profiles, process & system setup for updating shipper profile information. 
    • Performance of specific lead generation programs

Requirements

    • 2-3  years of experience in business development, customer acquisition, preferably in the logistics or ecommerce industry.
    • Experience of Saas ecommerce products is a plus point.
    • Strong understanding of ecommerce enabler ecosystem in VN
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
    • Excellent verbal and communication skills. 
    • Able to produce and deliver quality presentations on a regular basis to key stakeholders
    • Resourceful and adaptable in an ambiguous and new space
    • Bachelor’s Degree
