The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle-free experience.

The E-commerce Assortment Strategist role will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability of our affiliate selling program through data-driven product assortment planning and optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ultimately reporting to leadership and managing the entire assortment strategy for our projects.

Responsibilities

    • Market & Customer Research: Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and historical performance data to identify product assortment opportunities.
    • Planning & Optimization: Develop data-driven product assortment plans, manage categories, and source new high-potential products.
    • Performance Measurement: Analyze sales data, KPIs, and reviews to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between assortment, marketing, and client acquisition strategies.
    • User Insights & Growth: Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for user growth and feature improvement.
    • Product Performance Measurement & Improvement: Develop, manage and track product marketing campaigns across various channels, to optimize effectiveness.

Requirements

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or a related field with proven experience in developing and executing data-driven product assortment strategies. The ideal candidate also needs to have excellent understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends in product assortment planning.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in working with data sets and deriving insights. Experience with e-commerce analytics platforms and tools preferred.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
    • Experience in product management or SaaS operations, with user research methodologies and user experience (UX) principles is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • A deep understanding of the Social-commerce/ Live-commerce is essential.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
    • The ability to communicate efficiently in Vietnamese and English is required
