- Tìm kiếm đối tác tiềm năng sử dụng dịch vụ giao hàng của Ninja Van;
- Đảm bảo số lượng khách hàng và duy trì tần suất sử dụng dịch vụ
- Theo dõi quá trình sử dụng dịch vụ của đối tác để hỗ trợ, chăm sóc kịp thời và duy trì mối quan hệ thông qua khảo sát, tiếp thu ý kiến, nhu cầu từ đối tác để giải quyết các vấn đề, rào cản phát sinh...
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Yêu thích công việc Sales, có hiểu biết về lĩnh vực Thương mại điện tử;
- Chủ động giao tiếp với khách hàng, thái độ hòa nhã; năng động, và có khả năng chịu áp lực cao, thích ứng nhanh với môi trường làm việc thay đổi liên tục;
- Có kinh nghiệm thăm dò thị trường;
- Có kỹ năng sử dụng tiếng Anh là một lợi thế;
- Ưu tiên ứng viên tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành Thương mại, Kinh tế, Vận tải và các chuyên ngành có liên quan về Quản trị kinh doanh.
