About the unit:
Field Sales Unit manages the country’s client base that mainly falls under Small-Medium Businesses. The Unit focuses primarily on revenue development and aggressive market share expansion by selling NV’s suite of products and related services that will be deployed across its shipper segments.
 
Main Duties
Implements NV PH FS directives to achieve profitable growth in the assigned area, together with the assigned FSE/s and TSE/s, to support FS unit’s vision, i.e. to make NV PH FS services present across the Philippines.

Key Result Areas: Sales Achievement, Shipper Activation, Acquisition, Activities Execution, People Management and new business access points.
