Roles & Responsibilities

    • Daily Operation – Documentation Handling: 
    •  Assist FC Liaise with logistics service providers and customers to ensure on time deliveries.
    •  Manage shipping documentation for accuracy and the timely release of invoices from the customer.
    •  Maintain monitoring dashboard for all shipments processed to keep good tracking in the volume of activities.
    •  Help control on billing matters with logistics service providers to reduce the delay of payment processing to logistics service providers.
    • Vendor Management:
    •  Assist and Manage and monitor performance of logistics service providers to ensure on time delivery of shipments.
    •  Participate in vendor performance review to ensure vendor adherence to committed lead time.
    •  Support insurance claim which arises from logistics service providers or internal trucking to ensure maximum recovery on losses.
    •  Work jointly with logistics service providers as well as Management Team on transport plan deployment to minimize transition difficulties during implementation.
    • Customer Management:
    •  Liaise with internal and external customers on transportation matters to ensure smooth operations.
    •  Improve service level by identifying optimization of processes and procedures.
    • Freight Invoice Management:
    •  Receive weekly/monthly manual invoices from logistics service providers.
    •  Manual freight audit.
    • Submit payment approval.
