Are you passionate about finding the right talent and creating an exceptional employee experience? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Talent Acquisition Associate. 

In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute tailored outreach plans to attract diverse talent pools, utilizing effective sourcing approaches and tools to analyze their effectiveness
- Represent our company initiatives, showcasing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through compelling hiring collaterals
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders and vendors, maintaining a database of potential candidates while enhancing the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with fair employment regulations, overseeing the selection, assessment, and hiring process from shortlisting to offer coordination
- Drive projects to optimize talent acquisition processes, enhance employer branding, and improve overall employee experiences, 
- Work together with  hiring managers and department as their business partners in providing guidance on HR related matters

Who are we looking for?
- Proven record of 1-2 years of experiences in handling the end-to-end recruitment process 
- Organized, quick thinking and efficient
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous with effective follow-up skills
- IT Savvy and literate in MS Office / Google suite office applications
- Ability to work independently in a team-based environment
- Proficient in English
